The program has two cycles: January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31. Your total completed orders and spend within each 6-month cycle determine your loyalty tier for the next cycle. Tier refresh happens every January 1 and July 1.
If you meet the required number of completed orders and spend to upgrade during a cycle, you’ll be upgraded immediately upon order completion and will keep this tier until the end of the next cycle.
Your loyalty tier is based on the corresponding number of completed orders and total spend.
Loyalty Tier | Corresponding orders |
Silver | All users with more than 3 orders but less than 15 orders and a total spend of ₱6,000 in the previous cycle |
Gold | All users with more than 15 orders and a cumulative spend of ₱6,000, but less than 30 orders and a total spend of ₱30,000 in the previous cycle |
Platinum | All users with more than 30 orders and a total spend of ₱30,000 in the previous cycle |

⚠️ Note Completed orders are equivalent to orders received. |
Example:
If you complete 30 orders with a total spend of ₱30,000 in December 2025 (previous cycle: July 1, 2025–December 31, 2025), you will be a Platinum user in the current cycle (January 1, 2026–June 30, 2026).
To maintain Platinum status for the next cycle (July 1, 2026–December 31, 2026), you must again complete 30 orders with a total spend of ₱30,000 by June 30, 2026.
