The program has two cycles: January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31. The total number of completed orders and spend in each 6-month cycle will determine the loyalty tier in the next. The refresh happens every January 1 and July 1.
Suppose you reach the minimum number of completed orders or spend needed to upgrade to the next tier during a cycle. In that case, you will be upgraded immediately upon order completion during the current cycle and maintain this status until the end of the next cycle.
The corresponding orders will determine your Loyalty Tier:
Loyalty Tier | Corresponding orders |
Classic | All users with 1 completed order |
Silver | All users with a minimum of 3 completed orders |
Gold | All users with a minimum of 15 completed orders and at least ₱6,000 total spend |
Platinum | All users with a minimum of 30 completed orders and at least ₱30,000 total spend |
⚠️ Note Completed orders are equivalent to orders received. |
Example:
If you reach a total of 30 completed orders and ₱30,000 in spend in July 2025 (Current cycle: July 1 - December 31), you will automatically upgrade to Platinum in July and will remain in this tier until 30, June 2026 (Next cycle: Jan 1st - June 30). Platinum status expires on June 30, 2026, if the min. of 30 orders and ₱30,000 spend is not achieved from Jan 1-June 30.
