How will I know my current Loyalty Tier for the Shopee Loyalty Program?

The program has two cycles: January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31. The total number of completed orders and spend in each 6-month cycle will determine the loyalty tier in the next. The refresh happens every January 1 and July 1.

 

Suppose you reach the minimum number of completed orders or spend needed to upgrade to the next tier during a cycle. In that case, you will be upgraded immediately upon order completion during the current cycle and maintain this status until the end of the next cycle.


The corresponding orders will determine your Loyalty Tier:


Loyalty Tier

Corresponding orders

Silver

All users with more than 10 orders but less than 25 orders in the previous cycle

Gold

All users with more than 25 orders but less than 55 orders in the previous cycle

Platinum

All users with more than 55 orders



⚠️ Note

Completed orders are equivalent to orders received.



Example:

If you reached a total of 55 orders in June 2025 (Previous Cycle: January 1, 2025  to June 30, 2025) then you will be a Platinum user in the current cycle (July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025). To maintain the Platinum status until the next cycle (January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026),  you must reach 30 orders and ₱30,000 in spend before December 31, 2025.
