Digital Products refer to products that do not have a physical form, such as e-vouchers and prepaid mobile data.
You may browse them via the Digital Products page from the Shopee App homepage. These are the following categories:
Top Up (e.g., prepaid mobile loads)
Travel (e.g., tolls, hotels, beep cards, and tours & attractions
Lifestyle (e.g., e-vouchers, game vouchers, and gift cards)
Bills (e.g., electricity, loans, landline, internet, credit cards, water, mobile plan, government services, insurance, tv cables, education, real estate, and memorial plan)
Others (e.g., Shopee Insurance)
⚠️ Note • Pay attention to the terms and conditions and validity period stated on the product detail page of Digital Products before you place an order. • Digital Products cannot be exchanged or combined with other promotions. • Digital Products that were not used within the redemption period will be forfeited and not be refunded. • If the final amount payable is less than the nominal value of a Digital Product, the remaining value will be forfeited and cannot be returned. • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of redemption codes belonging to Digital Products.
