[Vouchers] How do I apply vouchers at checkout?

To apply vouchers at checkout, look out for the voucher icons on the Shopping Cart page and select applicable voucher(s) that you have claimed.
⚠️Note You can stack the following voucher during checkout: • Seller (shop / product) voucher • Shipping Discount voucher • Shopee (Discount / Cashback) voucher |
Applying seller (shop/product) vouchers
If you meet the conditions of the seller voucher, it will be automatically applied once you select the product in your cart for checkout.
If you have yet to meet the conditions, the seller voucher section will display the additional amount required before you can use the voucher. Select ADD MORE to view more applicable products.
⚠️Note The Seller voucher section is not displayed for products with no applicable shop or product vouchers. |
Applying Shopee and Shipping Discount vouchers
To select a Shopee and/or Shipping Discount voucher, select Shopee Voucher > select applicable voucher(s) > OK. Learn more about types of vouchers.
⚠️Note • Take note of the labels on the vouchers for the key requirements such as ShopeePay Only to ensure that you can successfully apply these vouchers. • All terms and conditions of the applied vouchers must be fulfilled. • If there is more than 1 Shopee voucher that you can choose from, you can try them out to compare savings. |
