[Bills] How do I pay for my credit card bill?

You can pay for your credit card bill on Shopee via the Load, Bills & Travel page.
To do so, select the Load, Bills & Travel shortcut icon from the Shopee app homepage > Credit Card > select bank > fill in the credit card number, cardholder name, and payment amount, and then choose between Visa or Mastercard (if applicable) > claim your vouchers > Continue > select Payment Method > Pay Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.
To confirm completed credit card bill payments, go to Digital Purchases on the Me tab > select To Receive > select Bills > select Order Received once you have confirmed with your credit card provider that the payment has been credited. Otherwise, the order will be automatically marked as Completed after 48 hours from the date and time of payment.
⚠️ Note • Make sure that you key in the correct account details in your bills payment. The bill payment will be refunded if you input an account number that’s not recognizable by the biller. • For credit card posting concerns, contact your credit card provider directly via their hotline number or via their other service channels. |
