[Return/Refund Negotiation] What is Dispute Resolution Center?

Dispute Resolution Center is a feature on the Shopee app that lets you open a discussion with Sellers for orders that you wish to return/refund.


To enter the Dispute Resolution Center discussion window, select View Offer via your order’s Return/Refund Details page.


At the Dispute Resolution Center, you may:

  • Exchange messages with the Seller.

  • Propose or counter-propose a suitable refund amount or solution.


⚠️ Note

If the seller raises a dispute during negotiation, Shopee will review the evidence from both the buyer and seller and make a fair resolution. Learn more about how Shopee handles return and refund disputes.
