[Product Ratings] How do I rate and review a product?

You can rate a product once the order is marked Completed. Orders that are returned, refunded, or canceled are not eligible for rating.
Go to To Rate via the Me tab > Select Review > Rate using stars (5 stars = highest) > Add Photo/Video (optional ) > Write a review > Submit.
You can then rate Product Quality for each product in the order, and Seller Service and Delivery Speed for the order.

Product Quality - The quality of the product
Seller Service - The quality of service provided by the seller (e.g. seller’s attitude, helpfulness in answering queries)
Delivery Speed - Service and efficiency of the courier

Guidelines in reviewing a product
Product reviews consist of three elements:
• Text
• Up to 5 photos
• 1 video (3–60 seconds)
When reviewing a product:
• Use respectful language
• Be honest and share your actual experience
• Show the product clearly using photos/videos (taken via Shopee app or uploaded)
Avoid:
• Off-topic or irrelevant feedback
• Spam (e.g. repeated emojis/words)
• Offensive content
• Unrelated or unclear media (e.g. black screens, no product shown)
You can earn Shopee Coins from product reviews that meet the following criteria:
