E-vouchers are electronic vouchers purchased via the Digital Products section on the Shopee App. Various categories of e-vouchers are available on Shopee, including Food and Beverage, Retail, Services, Hospitality, Fun and Entertainment, and Charity.

You can purchase an e-voucher exchangeable for a fixed value of services at a discounted price. For example, you can buy a music streaming subscription voucher worth Php 89 for Php 69.

Purchasing e-vouchers

To purchase an e-voucher, scroll through the Digital Products section on the Shopee app homepage > Load, Bills & Travel > Lifestyle > E-VOUCHERS > select an e-voucher > review details > Buy Now.

Redeeming e-vouchers

Depending on which e-voucher you purchase, the redemption method differs. You can view the How To Redeem section on the selected e-voucher page for specific instructions.
