When will I be able to earn and receive Shopee Coins from my Hotel booking?

Selected hotel bookings are eligible to earn Shopee Coins when a Cashback voucher is applied. The Shopee Coins will be awarded once the hotel booking is tagged as a Completed order in the Shopee app.
⚠️ Note Hotel bookings are tagged as complete within 48 hours after your check-out date (e.g if your check-out date was March 01 regardless of check-out time, the order will be tagged as complete by March 03 at 12MN). This is to give ample time for any concerns to be raised after the booking has been redeemed. |
