To report a user, you can do so via Chat or the shop page. You may report users if you think they are engaging in inappropriate behavior, such as offensive chat messages, an unauthorized product listing, or other activities violating the Shopee Policy.

Reporting a message from Chat

Select the chat icon > select the relevant conversation you wish to report > long-press the message > select an appropriate Reason > Next > provide necessary details > Submit.

Reporting a seller via the Shop page

Go to the seller's Shop page > select the kebab icon > Report this user > select a Reason > provide necessary details > Submit.
