To report a user, you can do so via Chat or the shop page. You can report users if you think they are engaging in inappropriate behavior, such as offensive chat messages, an unauthorized listing of products, or other activities against the Shopee Policy.

Reporting a user via Chat

Select the Chat icon > select the relevant chat > select the kebab icon > Report this user > select a Reason > provide necessary details > Report.

Reporting a seller via the shop page

Go to the seller's shop page > select the kebab icon > Report this user > select a Reason > provide necessary details > REPORT.
