How do I withdraw a loan from SLoan?

You can withdraw between PHP 500 to PHP 100,000, depending on the credit limit assigned to your account once it’s activated.
To withdraw from SLoan, go to Finance page or Me tab > Select SLoan > Withdraw Loan.

Then input the Loan Amount > Select Tenure (number of months of payment) > Withdraw Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your loan withdrawal is successful. The amount will be disbursed to your ShopeePay, which you can use for purchases, transfers, or bank withdrawals.
Why was my loan withdrawal request rejected?
Your request may be denied due to overdue credit product payments (e.g., SPayLater). Settle any outstanding amounts to proceed with the withdrawal.
⚠️Note • SLoan will be disbursed to your ShopeePay wallet. Make sure your wallet is activated and verified to use or cash out your SLoan. • Once activated, SLoan cannot be canceled. • No fees apply if the loan remains unused. For SLoan fees, click here. |
