Here are our recommendations to increase the likelihood of approval:
Ensure your ID photo is clear and unobstructed (no shadows, glare, or damage).
Have a valid physical ID when applying.
Provide accurate details that match your government ID.
The person in the ID must match the liveness check.
Use the same details for SLoan and ShopeePay (if activated).
Avoid duplicate accounts with SPayLater/SLoan—use an existing one if available.

Activate ShopeePay and use it for transfers, payments, and QR transactions.
Pay orders digitally (ShopeePay, e-wallets, bank transfers).
Pay bills and buy digital products on Shopee frequently.
During the interim period when your credit account is unavailable, feel free to utilize alternative payment methods.
