Ang refunds para sa mga successfully canceled order ay agad na ipa-process. Ang paraan at tagal ng proseso nito ay magkaka-iba depende sa kung anong payment method ang ginamit. 

Credit Card/Debit Card/Google Pay

Ang payment ay ike-credit sa card na ginamit sa loob ng 5-45 business days, depende sa billing cycle ng iyong card.

ShopeePay/Other Payment Channels: Online Banking, Remittance/Payment Centers, Over-The-Counter, Linked Bank Account

Ang payment ay ike-credit sa iyong ShopeePay account sa loob ng 24-48 oras para sa full refund. Maaari mo itong magamit sa mga susunod na purchase, o i-withdraw matapos mong i-update ang iyong bank account details.

SPayLater

Make-credit ang refund sa inyong SPayLater wallet pagkatapos ng processing.

Combined payment (SPayLater + other payment methods)

Ang amount na binayad gamit ang SPayLater ay ma-credit/refund sa iyong SPayLater wallet pagkatapos itong maproseso. Ang remaining amount na binayad gamit ang ibang payment method ay mare-refund sa sumusunod:

1. Paid via ShopeePay/Linked BPI account/E-wallet/COD/Online Banking  -  Ang refund ay ike--credit sa iyong ShopeePay wallet
2. Paid via Credit/Debit Card - Ang refund ay ike-credit sa card ginamit
3. Paid via linked SeaBank account - Ang refund ay ike-credit sa SeaBank account

Ikaw ay padadalhan ng in-app notification at email kapag na-process na ang iyong refund. Para i-check ito, pumunta sa Order Updates ng Notifications tab sa iyong Shopee App.
