How do I activate the Bills Reminder feature?

Users can set only one reminder at a time for each biller. 

 

To activate the Bills Reminder feature, go to Load, Bills, & Travel > Select a biller from the Bills section > Remind me every month > Select your chosen date > Fill in with your details > Continue.

 

⚠️Note

· You will only get bill reminder notifications in the succeeding months if they reach the checkout page.

· You can set only one reminder at a time for each biller.


You receive a PN (Push Notification) and an AR (Action Required) every month on your selected day for the specific biller (if the bill reminder is activated). However, if the user has had no transactions for 5 months (starting from the day of activation), the PN and AR would automatically deactivate and the user has to activate them again.
