You might receive such alerts when:

You log in while using your browser’s incognito or private browsing mode.
You log in after clearing your browser’s cookies.
Someone else is trying to access your account.
If you made the changes, no action will be required. Otherwise, please contact Shopee Customer Service for assistance to secure your account.
