How do I view the PIN code and Shopee Self Pick-Up Point?

When your item has arrived at your chosen Self Pick-Up Point, you will receive a notification in the Shopee App.
To view the PIN code of the Self Pick-Up Point, go to Me tab > My Purchases > select order > view PIN within the Shipping Information box.
⚠️Note · PIN code will also be available through an email sent to your registered email address. · You can request in the Pick-Up Point to send a text message (to the registered mobile number) containing the PIN if you cannot access the Shopee App or forgot your PIN. · You can only raise a return/refund request if you have not selected the Order Received button on the Order Details page. |
At the Pick-Up point, you may provide your full phone number or the 6-digit PIN code to the agent to retrieve your order details. Before the Pick-Up point agent hands over the parcel to you, you’ll need to provide the 6-digit PIN code to the agent at the Pick-Up Point.
