How do I view the PIN code and Shopee Self Pick-Up Point?

When your item arrives at your selected Self Pick-Up Point, you’ll be notified via the Shopee App. To view the 6-digit PIN, Go to Me > My Purchases > select order > view PIN under Shipping Information.

⚠️Note

· The PIN will also be sent to your registered email.

· If you can’t access the app or forgot the PIN code, you may request the Pick-Up Point to send it via SMS to your registered mobile number.

· You can only raise a return/refund request if you haven’t tapped Order Received.

At the Pick-Up Point, provide your full mobile number or the 6-digit PIN. The agent will only release the parcel once you give the correct PIN.
