How to request a Return/Refund for Change of Mind Returns?

If you have a change of mind and want to return an item, follow the instructions for a return/refund request. The returned item will undergo quality checking at the warehouse and must meet the specified terms below:


Returned item must be:

  • In original quality and quantity, fully functional and intact.

  • In its original package, protective materials, product/brand tags, and manuals

    • This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

  • Special seals (ex: Do not accept if seal is broken) should still be intact and Item packaging is not opened

  • Contain all Special external and internal packaging if it has any commemorative, authenticity, or unique added value.

    • If this packaging is lost or damaged, this will result in a loss of value


Sellers have the right to refuse the return request if: 

  • The product is tainted, tarnished, or damaged in any form 

  • The product is worn or tried in any way that resulted in irreversible damage 

  • The product is incomplete and is not clearly a result of delivery issues.

  • The product is consumed or used (if consumables) 

  • The product is an intimate product (ex. Underwear, lingerie, swimsuits, and the like)

 

To do so, select To Receive under My Purchases via the Me tab > Select order > select Return/Refund > I have received my items but there are issues > select the product(s) and quantity to return > Select Next.

Then, select Reason > Change of Mind > select Confirm > provide evidence and description > Submit.

Choose the preferred Shipping option to return your order to the seller.

⚠️Note

• For multiple items, Change of Mind will only be available if all items filed are eligible and have the Change of Mind Returns logo

• For Bundle Deals, Add-on deals, and Purchases with Gifts, a maximum quantity should be selected and all items should be returned when filing for a Change of Mind.

Return and Refund

You will receive both an in-app push notification and an e-mail about the return instructions.




To return your order

Make sure to ship out the item within 5 days to Shopee Warehouse or Seller’s Return Address depending on what is indicated in the return instructions upon filing of Return/Refund. Failure to ship within 5 days will automatically result in the cancellation of your request. Items should be packaged properly according to Shopee Guidelines. Learn more about returning the order.


Once the item is successfully received by the Shopee Warehouse or Seller, it will undergo quality checking. 



⚠️Note

You can return the item to our Shopee Warehouse if you select Self-Arrange as the return shipping option. Please note that the Shopee Warehouse does not accept returns beyond 3PM resulting in the cancellation of your Return & Refund request.

• Receiving Hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (Monday to Saturday ONLY)



Get your refund

Once Seller / Shopee Warehouse has received and validated the returned item, your refund will be credited to you.
