What are the terms and conditions for returns in original/sealed condition?

If you’ve requested to return an eligible item in original/sealed condition, the product will be returned to the seller or warehouse (for Select Sellers) for quality checking. Learn more about return limits (quota) and product categories  not eligible for returns in original/sealed condition. The returned product must meet these terms:



Returned item must be:

• In original quality and quantity, fully functional and intact.

• In its original package, protective materials, product/brand tags, and manuals

- This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

- Special seals (ex: Do not accept if seal is broken) should still be intact and left unopened

• Contain all special external and internal packaging if it has any commemorative, authenticity, or unique added value.

- If this packaging is lost or damaged, this will result in a loss of value


Sellers have the right to refuse the return request if: 

• The product is tainted, tarnished, or damaged in any form 

• The product is worn or tried in any way that resulted in irreversible damage 

• The product is incomplete and is not clearly a result of delivery issues

• The product is consumed or used (if consumables) 

• The product is an intimate product (ex. underwear, lingerie, swimsuits, and the like)

• The product is a personalized/customized item



When should I request for Return/Refund?

You can request for return/refund in the Shopee App. Some orders can still be returned/refunded even after the Order Received status is selected, as long as it's within the Shopee Returns Window.


Shopee has the sole discretion to refuse a refund if the product has been altered from its original condition in any form. This is subject to and under the Refunds and Return Policy.
