How do I fill in my personal particulars for Shopee Accident & Health Insurance? (ENG)
Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.
If you are filling in the personal particulars in the insurance, you’ll see an Add Now button that will redirect you to a new page to verify your details in just a few minutes.
Select Add Now > Auto fill in by upload IC > ID Type > Upload photo > double check information > Submit and Next > Confirm.
For Manual Fill in of information:
Select Manually fill in > then fill in the form by selecting ID type, ID number, Nationality, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name > Submit and Next
After completion of the basic information, you’ll be redirected to Additional Information. Enter the needed information to verify your identity > Submit and Next.
