How do I make a claim under Accident & Health Insurance? (ENG)

To submit a claim for the benefits of SeaInsure insurance

  1. Login from the SeaInsure Life eService Portal or SeaInsure General eService Portal.
  2. Activate your account with your ID number, mobile number, and key in the one-time-password (OTP) or log in if you already have an existing account
  3. Select Claim from the policy you wish to claim for > select Claim Submission
  4. Fill out the claim e-form and upload the required documents (e.g. death certificate, police report, and/or hospital discharge summary)
  5. Submit the claim application when all the required fields are completed
  6. Your submitted claim status can be tracked from the Account Summary page 

When can I claim benefits from my Insurance Policy?

You can file a claim anytime as long as it is after the waiting period for the cover’s benefit. 

  1. For SeaInsure Personal Accident Products (Personal Accident Cover, Ladies Cover, Kids Cover, Elders Cover): No waiting period


  1. For SeaInsure Health Products:
  2. Hospital Cash
  3. all sickness - 14 days
  4. COVID-19 conditions - 10 days
  5. pre-existing conditions -  365 days
  6. Emergency Cover: 3 days
  7. Serious Illness Cover: 90 days
