An applicant is a party who pays for the insurance policy.

The insured is the person that is covered by the insurance policy. This could also be the same person as the applicant or the applicant's parent/child/spouse.

Insure a family member

You can buy for your family members by adding them as insured and selecting the applicable relationship.

Select Add Now in the Applicant Info section and fill in your personal particulars. Know more about the process here

After adding the applicant info, select the insured’s relationship with the applicant. You can choose to insure yourself, your spouse, your parent, or your child. If the insured is not yourself, you must enter your family members’ personal particulars.
