How is a refund computed? (ENG)

When the buyer gets approved for a refund, the amount is credited to the buyer’s used mode of payment in the order computed as Buyer Paid Amount - (Coins & Vouchers).
⚠️ Note • Shop Vouchers used in the orders can only be restored by the seller, hence, the buyer needs to contact the seller directly. • On the other hand, Shopee Vouchers are automatically reinstated to the buyer’s account after the return/refund has been completed. • Coins will automatically be restored to the buyer’s account. |
