1. Only qualified participants with a registered and verified Shopee account, and a valid and activated SPayLater account prior to Jun 1, can avail of the promo.
2. Only participants who make their first SPayLater order to participating merchants via Gcash QRPH QR codes can avail of the promo, within the promotion period of 1 Jun - 10 Jun, inclusive of both dates.
3. Coins issued to users as a reward are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-convertible to cash.
4. Users can only receive coins reward once throughout the promo period.
5. By joining this promo, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its Terms & Conditions.
6. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid, fraudulent (i.e. abuse of the system), or do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of this offer.
7. Any dispute in relation to this activity shall be resolved and decided by Shopee with prior approval of DTI. All decisions shall be deemed final.
