YTO Express is a Shopee-integrated logistics provider that offers delivery services.
The Delivery for YTO Express orders may take 5-6 days across serviceable locations upon pick up of the order.
The YTO Express delivers from Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
With Shopee-supported logistics, you can easily keep track of your shipment or your order directly in the app.
⚠️Note • If the seller is absent during the scheduled pickup, the order will be considered a failed pick-up. Kindly wait for Shopee to update the pickup status the following working day, and proceed to reschedule the pickup in the app. • Two failed pickup attempts for the same order will result in order cancellation. |
