How do I make a claim under Accident & Health Insurance?

Para mag-submit ng claim para sa benefits ng SeaInsure insurance

  1. Mag-login sa SeaInsure Life eService Portal o sa SeaInsure General eService Portal.
  2. I-activate ang iyong account gamit ang iyong ID number, mobile number, at i-enter ang one-time-password (OTP), o mag-log in kung mayroon ka nang existing account
  3. Pindutin ang Claim sa policy na nais i-claim > pindutin ang Claim Submission 
  4. Punan ang claim e-form at mag-upload ng mga hinihinging dokumento (hal. death certificate, police report, at/o hospital discharge summary)
  5. I-submit ang claim application kapag kumpleto na ang lahat ng hinihinging detalye
  6. Ang submitted claim status ay maaaring ma-track sa Account Summary page 

Kailan ako maaaring mag-claim ng benefits mula sa Insurance Policy?

Maaari kang mag-file ng claim anumang oras basta’t ito ay lagpas na sa waiting period ng cover’s benefit. 

  1. Para sa SeaInsure Personal Accident Products (Personal Accident Cover, Ladies Cover, Kids Cover, Elders Cover): Walang waiting period


  1. Para sa SeaInsure Health Products:
  2. Hospital Cash
  3. Lahat ng uri ng sickness - 14 araw
  4. COVID-19 conditions - 10 araw
  5. pre-existing conditions -  365 araw
  6. Emergency Cover: 3 araw
  7. Serious Illness Cover: 90 araw
