Pwede kang mag-claim sa ilalim ng Merchandise Protection service para sa iyong biniling electronic devices/appliances kung nagkaroon ng accidental o liquid damage.

 

Making a Claim

Pumunta sa Partner’s portal > i-log in ang iyong registered mobile number/email at i-type ang One-Time Password (OTP). Piliin ang policy at benefits na nais i-claim > ilagay ang mga necessary details at magbigay ng litrato ng damaged device, litrato ng serial number at ID bilang patunay > review and submit



⚠️ Tandaan 

Ang claims ay dapat mai-submit sa loob ng 30 araw mula nang nangyari ang insidente kung saan ito nagkaroon ng liquid damage.
