What is SeaInsure Private Car CTPL? (ENG)

SeaInsure Private Car CTPL is compulsory third-party liability insurance that covers any damage and loss to the third-party person, property, or vehicle, in the event of bodily injury or death due to accidents while your vehicle is being driven. CTPL is required by law upon vehicle registration. It does not cover damages to your car.

Premium with tax

Covered vehicles are any 4-wheeled motor vehicle owned by individuals and juridical persons for private use.

Damages and losses caused to any third-party person, property or vehicle, in the event of bodily injury over accidents.

PHP 30,000 Burial & Funeral Benefits

 


Policy is authenticated by LTO

Optional Add-on - 

Passenger PA Cover for unnamed passenger(s) including driver/rider

Accidental death and total permanent disability - up to PHP 20,000 per pax

Accidental medical expenses - up to PHP 2,000 per pax

Private Car (up to 5 pax covered), Motorcycle (up to 1 pax covered). This includes driver/rider.

This cover excludes any accident, or liability caused, or incurred:

  • outside of the Republic of the Philippines;

  • whilst the scheduled vehicle is: 

  1. being used otherwise by the limitations to use;

  2. being driven by any person other than an authorized driver;

  3. onboard a sea vessel on inter-island transit.

  • as a result of floods, typhoons, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes or other acts of nature, strikes, riots, terrorism, war, and nuclear risks of any nature.
