Can I get another copy of my e-ticket for my Hotel booking? (TAG)

Pumunta sa Me tab ng Shopee app > Digital Purchase > To Receive > Travel > Piliin ang booking na nais mong kuhanan ng e-ticket/voucher > Sa Order Details page, mag-scroll pababa at pindutin ang Resend E-ticket upang maipadala ang iyong ticket at resibo sa iyong email address.



⚠️Tandaan

Kung hindi mo pa natatanggap ang booking confirmation, maaaring i-check ito sa spam/junk folder ng iyong e-mail para ma-confirm na wala talagang natanggap mula sa booking.id@shopee.com. Kung wala talaga at di makita sa junk/spam folder, tumawag lamang sa Shopee Customer Service.
