Para i-check ang status ng Digital Products order mo, pumunta sa Me tab > Load, Bills & Travel > I-filter ayon sa order status (hal. To Pay, To Receive) > Piliin ang order para makita ang details.




⚠️ Tandaan

· Mapo-process ang orders kapag confirmed na ang payment. May ilang products (hal. SIM top-ups) na pwedeng mas matagal bago ma-complete.

· Kung may issue sa app, subukan ang aming Basic Troubleshooting Guide at alamin ang iba pang info tungkol sa bills payment posting timelines at iba pang FAQs sa Bills Payments.
