Can I cancel my mobile load/data order?

Maaari mong i-cancel ang iyong mobile load/data order kung ito’y hindi pa bayad. Pumunta sa Me tab > Digital Purchase > To Pay > piliin ang order > Cancel Order.
⚠️ Tandaan • Para sa mga order na hindi pa nababayaran sa nakasaad na deadline, automatic na ma-cacancel ang iyong order. • Para sa mga bayad na order at hindi pa natanggap ang iyong mobile load/data, mangyaring kontakin ang Shopee Customer Service para mag-request ng refund. |
