Ang Shopee Chatbot ay ang bagong self-service option para makapagbigay ng customer support. Narito ang ilang quick tips and tricks kung paano mo mas mae-enjoy ang iyong Chatbot experience.


  1. Gumamit ng mga maikli at diretsong salita o mensahe kung nakikipag-usap gamit ang Chatbot.

  1. Panatilihing simple at maikli ang iyong mensahe, tiyakin na paisa-isa lamang ang tanong upang mabilis itong ma-proseso at masagot ng chatbot.

  1. Pumili sa mga available categories, shortcuts, o hot questions. Dadalhin ka nito sa tamang sagot o lugar nang hindi kinakailangang mag-type.

  1. Maging updated sa mga current events ng Shopee sa pamamagitan ng pagbasa sa mga Chatbot Announcement. (hal. Scheduled Maintenance, System enhancements, New product launches, at Advisories)

  1. Maaari mong tingnan ang inyong chat history ni Pixie at ng Shopee Customer Service live agent sa pamamagitan ng pag-scroll up.
