[My Account] How do I delete my Shopee account? (TAG)

Maaari mong i-delete ang iyong Shopee account sa pamamagitan ng Shopee App lamang.
Pumunta sa Me tab via Shopee App > pindutin ang ⚙ icon > Request Account Deletion > OK > Proceed > i-type ang Verification Code na ipinadala via SMS > Next > pumili ng Reason > ilagay ang Email Address > lagyan ng check ang Terms & Conditions checkbox > Submit.
⚠️Tandaan • Ang account deletion ay permanente na at di na mababawi. Matapos ang deletion, hindi mo na magagawang mag-log in at makita pa ang iyong account history. • Ang mga account deletion requests ay subject to approval. Para matiyak na ang iyong request ay maa-aprubahan, alamin ang mga maaaring dahilan para ma-reject ang account deletion request. • Ang Shopee ay may karapatang i-reject ang iyong account creation requests kung napag-alaman na ikaw ay may history ng suspicious activities at/o misconduct sa Shopee App. |
Removal of switch account
Pumunta sa Me tab > pindutin ang ⚙ icon > mag-scroll down at pindutin ang Switch Account > Remove Account From List > pindutin ang Remove sa tabi ng account name na nais tanggalin.
