Products with a Lowest Installments Guaranteed (LIG) tag are qualified for claims.

Users can claim a refund if they have purchased an item from Shopee that is tagged as Lowest Installments Guaranteed but they found a cheaper deal on the exact same product being offered by an approved comparable credit payment provider on an approved platform. 

Only installment prices being offered by the following credit payment providers on these approved platforms can be compared with SPayLaters’ installment prices for the same item on Shopee: 

1. Lazada's LazPayLater: Installment prices offered by LazPayLater in the same tenor on Lazada

2. Billease: Installment prices offered by Billease in the same tenor on Anson’s

If validated, the claim value will be the exact value of the price difference between the SPayLater Installment Price and the approved credit payment providers’ Installment price. The claim value will be paid in Shopee Coins - the Coins will be automatically added to the user if the claim is valid and verified by SPayLater.
