How can I get an E-invoice for my orders?

You can now conveniently access E-invoices for your orders in the app. The type of E-invoice depends on your order:  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add your personal/business information to E-invoice

To do so, go to the Order Details page > select E-invoice Request Now > choose from Personal or Business type and input the following information in the field provided > Submit Request.

 

 

⚠️ Note

· You can add, edit, or cancel your E-invoice request while the order is in Checkout, To Pay, To Ship, or Shipping status.

· Once the order is completed, updates to personal or business information are no longer allowed.

· If no tax information is provided, the E-invoice will default to the registered shipping address and name.

· The issuance of the Order Invoice is the responsibility of the BIR-registered seller. For more details, contact the seller via Shopee Seller Chat.

· Shopee facilitates tax invoice requests by collecting buyer details and forwarding them to sellers, Scommerce, and SPX Express.

· An Order Summary is provided for all purchases on Shopee.

 

 

To view the E-invoice after completing the order, go to the Order Details page > select E-invoice >  VIEW > select the desired type of invoice. All invoices are downloadable to your device.

 

 

 

⚠️ Note

For successful Return/Refund requests, the changes to your order/s will be reflected in a Credit Note. Please note that a partial refund is not applicable for issuing a Credit Note.
