How can I get an E-invoice for my orders? (ENG)

You can now access E-invoice for your order in the app more conveniently. There are different kinds of E-invoices depending on the kind of order you have purchased:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can add your personal/business information to the E-invoice.

To add your Personal/Business Information, go to the Order Details page > select E-invoice Request Now > choose from Personal or Business type and input the following information in the field provided > Submit Request.

 

 

⚠️ Note

• You can add, edit or cancel the E-invoice request while your order is still on the Checkout page, To Pay, To Ship, or during shipping.

• Once the order is completed, you can no longer add or update your personal/business information.

• If you do not request to add any tax information details, your E-invoice will automatically indicate your registered shipping address and name used.

• The issuance of an Order Invoice is within the scope of the BIR-registered seller's responsibility. If you want more information about your Order Invoice, you can inquire directly with your seller via Shopee Seller Chat.

• Shopee is solely responsible for collecting tax invoice requests from buyers and forwarding them on behalf of sellers, Scommerce and SPX Express.

• However, an Order Summary will be provided for all purchases made on the Shopee platform.

 

 

To view the E-invoice after completing the order, go to the Order Details page > select E-invoice VIEW > select desired type of invoice. All invoices are downloadable to your device.

 

 

⚠️ Note

For successful Return/Refund requests, the changes to your order/s will be reflected in a Credit Note. Please note that a partial refund is not applicable for issuing a Credit Note.
