[ShopeePay] What is the ShopeePay Statement of Account?

The ShopeePay Statement of Account contains all your ShopeePay transactions from a certain month, summarizing all outgoing and incoming funds that went through your ShopeePay wallet. Your Statement of Account for the current month will be available to download as a PDF after the month ends.

 

 

 

To download, go to your ShopeePay Wallet page > Last Transactions > select the Download Icon on the Transaction History page > select the Statement of Account period > Download as PDF

Q: What is the difference between the ShopeePay Statement of Account vs. the ShopeePay Billing & Receipts Email?

A: The Statement of Account will contain all outgoing and incoming funds that went through your ShopeePay wallet, documenting all your ShopeePay transactions during the previous month. This can only be viewed by downloading it directly from the Transaction History of your ShopeePay Wallet.

 

On the contrary, the ShopeePay Billing & Receipts, which will be sent to your registered email monthly, will contain only the fees billed by and paid directly to ShopeePay and/or your cash-in transactions via Direct Debit, Over-the-Counter (OTC), Non-Bank and Online channels from the previous month.



Q: Who can download the ShopeePay Statement of Account?

A: Any user with an activated ShopeePay account can download the Statement of Account from the ShopeePay Transaction History of their account.



Q: When will my Statement of Account be available?

A: The Statement of Account of the current month will only be available after the month ends, so users can expect it every first day of the succeeding month. The previous months will still be available for download from your ShopeePay Transaction History for up to 12 months.

 

⚠️Note

Only the Statement of Accounts since November 2023 will be available for download from the ShopeePay Transaction History. For transactions before November 2023, you may view them by filtering the date from your Transaction History.



Q: What is the content of the Statement of Account?

A: The Statement of Account will contain all your ShopeePay transactions during the period selected, such as but not limited to the following:

  • Cash-ins 

  • Outgoing and/or incoming fund transfers

  • Withdrawals

  • Payments (e.g. Shopee Marketplace, ShopeePay Merchant, QR Ph, etc.)

  • Refunds

  • ShopeePay Bonus 

  • ShopeePay wallet adjustments



Q: What do I need to do after downloading the Statement of Account?

A: Please examine your Statement of Account to ensure all transactions are valid. ShopeePay will consider the Statement and all its transaction details accepted and accurate if no concerns are raised within 30 days from the statement date.
