How to return your order via SPX Express?

You can return your order via SPX Express for free and track it in-app.

 

1. Select Pick Up as return shipping option

Once the Return/Refund request has been approved (Return Pending status), you can tap Select Shipping Option > Select Pick Up. Buyers will be asked to confirm the pickup address and select a preferred pickup date. Once selected, buyers must select the Confirm button to proceed.

⚠️ Note

• This feature is currently available to select serviceable areas.

• Kindly keep the original packaging of the parcels you wish to return. 

• For high-value, fragile, or items delivered in a box, please ensure they are accompanied by the original box packaging. Otherwise, if not packaged properly, SPX Express may reject the parcel.

• If you wish to return your item through other preferred couriers, you can select the Drop Off or the Self-Arrange option.


Buyers can change the address as preferred. Make sure that you have entered your correct address.

Select your preferred pickup date. The earliest possible pickup date is the next day. You can choose from the available dates for the next 3 days from the date you select SPX Express as your preferred courier.

Once all details are confirmed, press Confirm to submit. A return label (Air Waybill) will be available for buyers to reference. For buyers with access to printers, buyers may select Email Me or Download to see the SPX Return Label to be attached to the parcel.

2. Prepare your return parcel

Properly pack your return items and affix the Air Waybill to the parcel. If you don't have access to a printer, you can write down the Tracking Number on the parcel for the rider’s reference. Make sure to use the original packaging of the item.

 

Upon the arrival of the SPX Express Rider, hand over the parcel and present the QR code displayed on the Return/Refund Details page. The SPX Express Rider will scan the QR Code to acknowledge the return. You may take a photo with the rider holding your parcel as proof of pickup.

 

You can track the shipping information of the return parcel in the Shopee app by scrolling to the bottom of the Return/Refund Details Page. Please allow Shopee or your seller to validate the return parcel. Shopee may take up to 11 days to process your refund once the return parcel has been successfully verified.
