Shopee Mall products are guaranteed 100% authentic and are directly from brand owners and authorized distributors. If you receive an inauthentic product, you may request a 3x refund.
To file a request for return/refund, select Return/Refund corresponding to the order > Select the product(s) to return > Indicate the quantity to return > Next.
Then, select Received Incorrect Item(s) > select Counterfeit product > Next > Provide the required evidence as stated in the remarks and description of the refund request > Check or edit your Contact Email > Submit.
Once Shopee has validated your request, you may be required to return the item. If your claim is approved, you will be notified via in-app notifications and Receive 3x Refund.
⚠️Note • Requests must be made within 15 days after order arrival. • Photos should be clear, and include (where relevant): packaging, product, airway bill etc. Refer to these guidelines. • Buyers should submit both physical evidence of return and digital receipt (if any) |
