Confirming Payment Status

Check the payment channel for a confirmation or transaction reference number, which will help us verify the payment if it hasn’t posted to your account.

SPayLater and ShopeePay Wallet 

If you topped up your ShopeePay wallet, it won’t automatically reflect as a repayment for SPayLater. To ensure proper posting, go to the SPayLater page and select ShopeePay as your payment method.

Contacting Customer Support

If sufficient time has passed and the repayment still isn’t reflected, contact Shopee customer service via the app and provide a screenshot of the transaction.
