You can request a refund even while your order is in transit, as long as it was shipped via SPX Express.
To request an order for In-transit Return/Refund
On the Order Details page, select Return/Refund > Select reason > Confirm > Submit.
To check the status of your request
You’ll be notified within 48 hours whether your in-transit return/refund request is approved or rejected.
Your request depends on Shopee’s ability to intercept the delivery. You’ll be notified of the outcome within 48 hours of submitting your in-transit return/refund request.

• If Shopee successfully intercepts the parcel, your in-transit return/refund request will be approved and refunded. • The parcel will then be returned to the seller. | • If Shopee is unable to intercept your order, the return/refund request will be rejected, and the parcel will be delivered. • If there are issues or the item was marked as delivered but not received, you can file a Return/Refund request after receiving the order. |
⚠️ Note • Only one (1) In-transit Return/Refund request can be submitted per order. If it’s canceled or rejected, you won’t be able to submit another. • For eligible Overseas orders, requests must be made before the parcel reaches the Overseas Transit Warehouse or Last Mile Hub (for SPX couriers). • Digital products (e.g., e-vouchers) are not eligible for In-transit Return/Refund. • If your In-transit Return/Refund request is successful, you’ll receive a full refund including the shipping fee, based on the amount paid. • Once the parcel reaches the delivery hub, in-transit refund requests are no longer allowed. You can file for a Return/Refund after the item is delivered. • If you canceled a previous in-transit refund request, you won’t be able to file another for the same order. You may still file a Return/Refund after delivery. |
