You can now ask for a refund even if your order is still on its way. This option will be available if the order was shipped using SPX Express.
Your request is subject to Shopee’s ability to intercept the delivery of your order. You’ll receive a notification of the outcome of your In-transit Return/Refund request within 48 hours after submission.
⚠️ Note • You can raise only one (1) In-transit Return/Refund request per order. If canceled or rejected by Shopee, you cannot re-raise the request. |

To request an order for In-transit Return/Refund
On the Order Details page, select Return/Refund > Select reason > Confirm > Submit.
To check the status of your request
You will be notified if the in-transit return/refund request is approved or rejected within 48 hours from the submission.

Q: Will I get my shipping fee back if my In-transit Return/Refund request is successful
A: Yes, buyers will receive a full refund based on the amount they have paid for the order.
Q: Why can’t I file for In-transit Return/Refund?
A: Order must be delivered by SPX Express to be eligible for in-transit refund requests. In case the parcel is already in the delivery hub, filing of in-transit refunds is no longer allowed. You may file a Return/Refund request upon delivery of the item instead.
If you have canceled your first refund request for an order that is in transit, you cannot file another refund request for the same order. You may still file for a Return/Refund once the item gets delivered to you.
