Internet Call via app
Go to the Me tab > select Help Centre > Scroll down and select Internet Call > select if you are a Buyer or a Seller > select ShopeePay as topic > select Continue with call and your call will start.
Chat via app
Go to the Me tab > select Chat with Shopee > select ShopeePay from the topics, or type in the message box.
