Ang Shopee On-Time Delivery ay bagong feature kung saan mabibigyan ng voucher ang mga buyers kapag hindi na-deliver ang order nila sa loob ng estimated delivery date. Puwede mong i-check kung eligible ang isang product sa pamamagitan ng mga sumusunod:

Makakakuha ka ng compensation notice sa iyong Product Details o Order Details page. Kung eligible ka, puwede mong i-claim ang voucher na magagamit sa susunod mong purchase (puwedeng i-stack with Free Shipping at/o Shop voucher).

Ano ang mga criteria para maka-claim ng On-Time Delivery voucher?
Dapat pindutin ng buyer ang Order Received button within 3 days mula sa pagkatanggap ng parcel.
Dapat i-claim ng buyer ang voucher within 3 days ng voucher claim period.
⚠️Tandaan Hindi ka magiging eligible sa On-Time Delivery voucher kung: · Na-tap mo ang Order Received bago matapos ang Shopee Returns Period. · Hindi na-deliver ang item dahil sa buyer-related issues (hal. maling address, walang tumanggap). · Na-return to seller (RTS) ang order bago ang Guaranteed Delivery Date. · Na-approve ang return/refund request bago ang Guaranteed Delivery Date. · May delay na dulot ng uncontrollable events (hal. natural disasters, infrastructure issues). |
