If you suspect a scam involving Shopee financial products, report it to Shopee Customer Service. Prepare to provide the following to the CS agent:  

• Details of the scam 

• Account Information

• Transaction Date

• Transaction Amount

• Transaction Type (Fund Transfer, Scan to Pay, etc)

• Details about the scam 

• Incident details (e.g. How did the scam happen)

• Where did the discussion happen

• Scammer’s identity
