Why can't I cancel an order?

If suddenly you’ve changed your mind after placing an order due to finding a better deal elsewhere, no longer needing the product or you’ve ordered the wrong item. You may wait for your order to arrive or request for return/refund.



Here are the following reasons why you can’t cancel an order:

1. The parcel has been successfully picked up by the courier

This means your order is already arranged by the seller for shipment or may already be in transit. If you would still like to request to cancel, you can request the seller to manually cancel the order. Learn how long it will take for your order to arrive.

 

2. You’ve already requested to cancel the same order

You can only cancel your order once.

 

 

 

 

3. The parcel is in the process of being returned to the seller.



⚠️ Note 

• You don’t need to cancel your order to change your delivery details. 

• If the parcel has not been shipped on time, your order will be automatically canceled. For non-COD orders, your payment will be refunded

• Sellers are allowed 2 attempts to ship orders.

• The Days-To-Ship for listings tagged as Pre-order is between 7 and 30 days.
