How can I request for a manual order cancellation? (ENG)

You can only request manual cancellation when the order has already been arranged for shipment. Even if the parcel has not yet been picked up by the courier, you and the seller will no longer be able to cancel the order within the app.  Learn more about why a buyer can't cancel an order.

If the parcel has been arranged for shipment, but not picked up or not successfully picked up by the courier. You can manually request an order cancellation.

You will need to chat with the seller within the Shopee app and request to manually cancel the order. The seller must agree to the request for order cancellation to proceed.  Once the seller agrees, the seller should fill out the manual cancellation form found in the Seller Education Hub.

After the seller submits the request, kindly wait for 1-3 business days for the order to be canceled. The manual cancellation is subject to approval.

⚠️ Note

• Shipped orders can no longer be canceled.

• Kindly double-check your order before checking out to avoid cancellations. Learn about when and how you can cancel your order.

• Manual Cancellation only applies to orders that have shipment IDs but have not yet been picked up by the courier.

• For the parcel that is not shipped out by the seller after the Days to Ship (DTS) period, your order will be canceled automatically within 72 hours. Learn about why an order may be automatically canceled by Shopee

• For cancelled non-COD orders, a refund will be processed depending on the payment method used.

• Shopee Coins and vouchers will be automatically refunded to you once the cancellation status is tagged as completed within 24 to 48 hours.
