A: Your Loyalty Tier benefits will be automatically applied to your registered Shopee account, and you'll receive notifications about them as well.

Q: Where can I find the 7x Free Shipping Discount Voucher?
A: All Gold and Platinum members will automatically receive their UNLI Free Shipping Discount Vouchers in their wallets. Users can find these vouchers with the 7x sticker in their voucher wallet.
Q: I used up all of my 7 FS600 loyalty vouchers already and I want to have more vouchers. What should I do?
A: Once the user fully redeems all 7 vouchers, they may reach out to customer service.
Q: Why was the birthday voucher not loaded even if I am already a platinum/gold/silver user?
A: Birthday voucher shall automatically reflect on the user’s account on his/her birthday and shall be valid for 29 days after that. If there's no birthday voucher displayed, the user might not have updated his/her birthday in the app.
⚠️ Note Make sure to update your birthday in the app at least 2 weeks before your actual birthday to avoid issues in receiving your birthday voucher. |
