How can I track my orders within the App?

We highly recommend that you constantly check your Shopee app to track the status of your order. 

 

⚠️ Note 

• Shipping information may not be updated immediately. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for couriers to update your order status.

• Delivery times depend on the Seller’s Days to Ship and the Courier Delivery Lead Time. Check the estimated delivery date to know when to expect your order.

• Shopee will send out advisories for delays due to declared holidays and severe weather conditions. Please keep track of orders regularly.

 

Follow these steps to track your order within the app

Go to the Me tab > My Purchases > select To Ship, To Receive, Completed, or Canceled > select Track Order to view the order’s shipping status and details.

⚠️Note

· Select the Return/Refund button if the item received is not in the expected condition.

· For Non-COD orders that have not arrived after the estimated delivery date (EDD) and if the seller has not responded, you can request a return or refund for Non-COD orders as long as it is still within the Shopee Returns Window.

· If you haven’t received your order after the EDD, learn more here or track your order through Shopee’s supported logistics partners.
