Shopee Loyalty is a reward system that allows Shopee users to enjoy special privileges using a Loyalty Tier system. You will automatically become a member of the program once you have a Shopee account.

The Shopee Loyalty Program has 4 different tiers: 

Accumulation of completed orders is limited to a 6-month period. The two 6-month periods in a year are:

1. 1 January to 30 June
2. 1 July to 31 December

The total number of completed orders in each 6-month cycle will determine the loyalty tier in the next. The refresh happens every January 1 and July 1. Learn how you will know your current Loyalty Tier.

To find out about your current tier, you can go to the Me tab > Shopee Loyalty > view your tier.

Benefits

Benefits of being a Shopee Loyalty member include free shipping vouchers, birthday vouchers, discount voucher, and more.

To view the latest benefits available for each tier, you can select See All Tiers from your Shopee Loyalty page.

⚠️ Note

To claim your Birthday Voucher from Shopee Loyalty, you have to register your birthdate under My Profile at least 2 weeks in advance.
